The Role

Based at our Cardiff office this is a fantastic, career climbing opportunity for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join our growing team working with a range of clients on interesting & varied projects.

The position will enjoy a diverse workload including undertaking property surveys (measured and attribute / condition surveys), preparation of specifications and schedules of work, site inspections to monitor works being undertaken by Contractors under our direction, attending site meetings and assisting our Building Surveyors in carrying out of contract administration duties, cost control, design co-ordination, Party Wall Act matters and CDM Consultant/Principal Designer duties.

Ideal Candidate:

RICS or CIOB accredited degree
Full UK driving licence
Willing to travel to various sites across the South & South Wales
An organised and methodical approach to work
Confident & articulate manner
A 'self-starter' who is motivated & enthusiastic
