1st/2nd Line Support Engineer(1st, 2nd, Support, AD, Active Directory, Windows, Desktop, Exchange, Patching, PC Building, Server, Networking, VLAN, LAN/WAN, VMware) - Permanent - St Asaph

Search IT are currently looking for a 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer on a permanent basis for our prestigious client based in St Asaph.

Skills/Requirements for the 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Active Directory experience
* Exchange skills (admin and troubleshooting)
* Desktop support using Windows 7/8 or 10
* Experience of building PC's from a commercial perspective

Desirable Skills:
* Windows Server
* VMware
* Networking (troubleshooting within VLAN, LAN/WAN etc.)

Start date is ASAP

The 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer will be responsible for maintaining company assets, creation of user accounts, set up of PC's and installation of hardware such as printers etc. and also supporting mobile devices.
